Handmade with love

Every busy book and felt activity is handmade and made-to-order. Small variations in colour, stitching and texture are part of the charm of a handcrafted product and are not considered defects.

Damaged or wrong product

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive a wrong item, please write to us within 48 hours of delivery atmuuktabhave@gmail.comwith an unboxing video and clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Customized products

Customized busy books (personalized name, theme, pages, fabric choice) are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun, unless there is a manufacturing defect on our part.

Order cancellations

• Ready-stock orders: can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Customized orders: can be cancelled within 24 hours, before fabric cutting begins.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. UPI refunds usually reflect faster than card refunds.
